I have Winodws XP Home with SP 2. Windows Movie Maker 2.1 is freezing
constantly. There's no specific task that causes it. Some of the things that
I've done when it froze was add a new clip, expand the length of a clip, add
music, add a transition, even deleting a clip. I've tried lowering my
hardware acceleration, I've looked for the "divxaf.ax" file and didn't find
it. When the movie maker freezes, I get no message, it just gives me the "not
responding". I close down the program, load it back up, load up my saved
movie, then try to delete a clip again and the same thing happens. I would
try to uninstall and re-install, but I can't find Movie Maker in the list of
programs installed. Please help!!!
