Windows Movie Maker editing question

When Movie Maker imports a video file in, it breaks down into segments. I
would like to use the "Video Effects" feature on all the segments. There are
hundred segments. Instead of editing each segment, is there a batch option
that would allow me to, for example, increase brightness for all of them? I
tried select all the segments, but cannot seem to edit them at the same time.

Your help is mostly appreciated!

1) If you do not need all the segments...
uncheck..."Create Clips For Video Files"
on the Import File screen

2) The following steps will allow you to
add the same Transition or Effect to all
clips on the timeline:

Add your files to the Timeline/Storyboard...

Go to...Storyboard View...

Select at least one frame and go to...
Edit / Select All...

Go to...Video Transitions...or...Video Effects

Right click your choice... and choose...
"Add To Storyboard"
