Windows Movie "GONE"

First i would like to ask that you please forgive my ignorance, I HAVE NO
IDEA ABOUT COMPUTERS~
my problem: about 2 days ago i used the windows movie maker 2, im running
windows xp. TODAY when i went to use the program it was gone, TOTALLY GONE~
any idea what may have happened? This is all i can really tell you because
this is exactly what happened
 
The program is gone or maybe the shortcut to open the program is gone?

Go to Start>Run and type in moviemk.exe and OK

Does the program open?

Forgiveness for ignorance can come only from yourself and is rarely necessary.

I am ignorant about many things but I do not seek forgiveness because I have not
yet learned to speak Yiddish or do a decent Tango<g>
