windows mobile device center

Does anyone know the time that Microsoft will enable the functionality of
Windows Mobile Device Center? I am using build 5728 but when I am trying to
sync I take message that "Outlook has not been configured"!

If anyone know something.....his post is welcome!

I will wait for the release of the wmdc.... I can't do anything else!!!
