Hi....

This is probably the wrong NG, but if so, please redirect me....

Is there a way to clear the Outlook app in my HTC Touch Windows Mobile 6 for
all contacts, calendar events, notes and so forth....?

A hard reset would do that.

Yeah.. I know, but that would make me reinstall all software too,
don't it?

Sure, but that's not all that hard to do, in my opinion. Nonetheless, my
suggestion fulfills your initial requirements. You didn't mention "while
keeping existing added software intact" in yor original list of
requirements.

Something else you might try: create a new Outlook profile with a new, empty
PST and sync the PDA with that. It will do one of two things: is will
populate Outlook with the data on the PDA or it will remove the data from
the PDA because Outlook contains nothing. In the latter case, you're all
set. In the former case, simply delete the contents of each of Outlook's
folders (easily done by selecting all contents with CTRL-A and then pressing
Delete). That will surely clear the data frmo the PDA. You can then throw
away the extra mail profile.
