Hi all,
according to me, when Windows Messenger is disabled, it should display a
warning message to alert users it's disabled (e.g. : "Windows Messenger has
been disabled by system administator"), to avoid this problem:

To disable Windows Messenger (it's better to uninstall it, if possible):
