I get these popups from people that say there are like
flaws in my security that cause these viruses, they also
advertise stuff to sell and it is really annoying, is
there a way to get rid of this without paying money?
 
From the Start Menu, select RUN, then enter SERVICES.MSC and click OK.

When the program runs, In the right-hand pane, below NAME, look for
MESSENGER, double click it, and set it to DISABLE, then click STOP, APPLY
and
OK. You should not get anymore of those.

You do not need to pay for it...
