Windows Messenger - Pictures

I am trying the windows messenger (instead of MSN which
I've used for years) on my new win xp media center
computer. I wonder if someone can tell me how I can pick
a picture like in MSN 6.1, you choose a picture to
represent yourself.

How can this be done in the windows messenger?
