Windows messenger has encountered a problem...

I had this error repeating all day yesterday and tried
all of the advice and finally got it to stop but I still
cannot get into messenger and my Outlook Express tries to
download mail but never succeeds. Can anyone out there
help? Obviously this is a problem for others as shown in
the posts. Did anyone solve the issue? Thanks.
 
I've had the exact samew problem since Thursday. I'd love
to get rid of Messenger so my Outlook Express can download
e-mails. Right now, OE keeps trying to download incoming e-
mails, but never does. Nick
 
i have been having the smae problem and is driving me insane. what is the answer????????
