Windows Messenger can't conntect

Hello,

Please help me! My friend and I are using Windows
Messenger (latest version) so that we can use Remote
Assistance. It has worked just fine, but a couple of
weeks ago we couldn't communicate using Remote
Assistance. I guess it's because of SP 2 that interfered
the communication.

If after installing SP2, both of you can't use Remote assistance, please do
