Windows Messenger and MSN Messenger

I have a probelm siging into both Windows and MSN
messenger. Everytime I do it it says that the e-mail does
not exist or the password is incorrect. I know this is not
true because I can go to hotmail.com and check my e-mail. I
just can't sign in to messenger and talk to my friends. Can
this be solved? And is anyone else having this annoying
problem?
 
When you say singing into both, do you mean that or do you mean either??
