After calling back the laptop from hibernation, I have to
reactivate Windows Messenger. I have a continuous
connection via the cable. ALL other Internet connections
are automatically reactivated after hibernation stops.
What is wrong with Windows Messenger?
Thank you,
Daniel Bessis

Greetings Daniel,

Windows Messenger doesn't constantly "check" to make sure that you're connected, and as such
is why you're seeing this. When you come back from hibernation, simply sign off and back on,
or just try sending someone a message (it'll then detect you've been disconnected).
