Is there some way to prevent my windows media player from
coming on every time I start my computer. Its very
frustrating to sit there and watch it load and can do
nothing about it. There seems to be no info to prevent
this on the media player icons nor can I seem to find the
answer in the search menu under help and support.
 
have you checked to see what is in your startup folder? also, you should
check to see what is in the "All Users" folder as well.
