Have_no_clue_whatsoever

I had trouble opening my windows media player, so I
reinstalled it. It opens now, but every time I turn on my
computer, it auto-runs. I do not want this to happen. I
searched the options and I couldn't find where I can turn
this option off. Will someone please help me?

You have to go to your start men
then run
type in msconfi
go to startup
untick the box that has window media player in it
There will be a whole lot of stuff you don't want to unclick that make s your computer run but there is a lot of programs that load automatically that slow your machine down. A lot of them are not essential and can be unclicked. They are still on your computer and can be accessed any time. they just won't load on startup. Just make sure you don't unclick something that you need to start up you computer. Good luck

I do that but now everytime I start windows it tells me I
have changed the settings and that I must make it noraml
again so it works and if I don't the message will keep on
reappearing. It says I have choesen slective startup and I
must change it back to normal which then makes media
player open when I start windows. It is like a big loop I
am unable to get out of. HELP ME PLEASE
