I am getting the same message when trying to install new
media player version 9. Please e-mail me if someone
answers your e-mail with a solution. I have tried
everything, including downloading and installing at least
five times.
I had previously had this situation and went under the
Help & Support listing under the Start button. Then I
restored my system to a prior day and tried to reinstall
Media Player. That worked for me in June, but not
today. But of course today was the day I installed AOL
9.0 system and moved all my e-mails to the hard drive.
Life can get complicated at times.
