Photos on Media Player. Brilliant except for some i put on from digital camera,
which show about 1/5 vertical great, but the rest just show horizontal
colour bars.

Just to let you know, this is the Windows 2000 Group Policy forum, for
network administrators to ask questions about Group Policy. Group
Policy has nothing to do with digital pictures. The correct group would
probably be microsoft.public.win2000.general or similar. If you use
Windows xp, there is a great group by the name of
microsoft.public.windowsxp.photos that specializes in this sort of thing.

Anyway, this means that you did not download the pictures fully. Try
downloading them again. If you deleted them off of the camera, there is
nothing you can do.
