I have the same damned problem. I even go to Windows
Media Player home page and try to play any of their own
files and I get an error message saying that Windows media
player does not recognize this type of file. That is
impossible! To further irritate matters when trouble
shooting thisproblem they say "there is no support for
this at this time.

I also run Windows 2000 Proffessional version. It is much
more stable than any other versions.

But someone out there has gotto be able to help us!!!!

HELP HELP HELP!
P.S. the error message is C00D11CD
