I deleted the software by mistake that controls the sound
I have video but no sound
Can someone help me find where I can download the software
Can not player anything that requires sound

Eh ? Try System Restore and choose a restore point created *prior* to
your 'mistake'.

BTW, deleting Windows Media Player does NOT affect the *system's* sound
capabilities or controls; it affects the software that *you* use to play
sound (music, etc).
