Well to try and get help from Microsoft is like trying to
get blood out of a stone, I send them, the problems and
they keep directing me here where up till now I have had
no help. I cannot get Radio tuner, Media guide, or
Premium services, out of the Windows Media PLayer it
keeps telling me FORBIDDEN:you were denied access because
access denied by access control. Is there anyone there
that can help me and actually reply without sending me to
places where I dont hear a thing.

.
User Accounts in Control Panel are the place to go to
adjust access to your programs. Go here for help:

Is this your personal home computer, or is this a work system?

See http://www.nwlink.com/~zachd/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.

.Its my personal computor

So I looked through most all of the WMP error headers today, and I don't see
this error anywhere coming from WMP. Not the most helpful news to hear. :\

Do you get an error code? What's actually working according to-
http://www.nwlink.com/~zachd/pss/pss.html#isolate
? I don't think this is WMP itself, but rather something external to WMP.
The problem is, since neither of us knows offhand where that error text is
coming from, it's a little hard to deduce which way to head next. Note that
I haven't checked http://www.deja.com yet for similar cases/resolutions,
though.
