I record an audio stream form a radio station`s website.I
purchased a program called Total Recorder to do this
while the computer is unattended.Often times, the audio
stream,using WMP,hangs at buffering,and I end up either
partially recording or not recording at all the audio.I
have checked and done all of the tips that WMP
offers,yet,problem persists.I have a DSL connection,so is
not like Dial Up is a problem. What I wish to know is,if
there is a way to have the computer clear the "buffer
hang" without me being present,so as to be able to record
un interrupted the audio. The audio is a radio talk
show. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Jake;Your link does not work, anyways,I know how to
change the buffering size in WMP,question is,what is the
benefit of manually changing the size over letting WMP do
it? And if changing manually is better then, how much time
is recommended? While WMP is playing,it only shows a
percentage of buffering,so I have no clear value to input
manually for buffering time.
