Windows Media Player 9 series

Ever since I upgraded to the windows media 9 series, I
cannot get any visualizations. I know how I used to do
it but that doesnot work now. I have been in touch with
many people at Dell and Microsoft, with no help. I can
see the list of visualizations and when I click on one,
nothing happens. Please Help. Janet
