Windows media player 10, volume problem

Got a problem with volume.. Whenever I want to rewind the song
forward/backward (with the bar that shows playtime), the volume goes up! What
the hell? This is pretty annoying.. there was no such bug in previous
versions of WMP..

Can anyone help to resolve this problem?

It is not a bug in v10 either, as it behaves as expected here.
But that does not solve your problem...
 
This should be a bug in your Creative sound card. If you go to the sound
card provider's web site, are they updated drivers available? They should
fix this problem.
