PowerPoint & Video Clips

I am using PowerPoint 2002 and am having trouble playing Windows Media Clips
in a slide. They play just fine by themselves but when I insert them into
PowerPoint they hesitate, then a see some lip movement and finally it
sychronizes. How can I make it work right from the start. Thank You.

Hi,

How big is the video clip in terms of disk space?

Have you tried doing something called 'defrag'

It's on your computer under

all programs > accessories > system tools > defragmentation

If that doesn't do the trick then try the demo of this software... as that
will make things much better

I have 5 clips of 394KB, 230KB, 558KB, 132KB, and 230KB. I have already
defraged.

Are you using Insert > Media From File? Are the video files located in the
same folder as your presentation BEFORE you insert them?
