Windows media Centre is a very pleasant piece of kit.
It sounds nice, looks nice and does things very well indeed.
On the other hand:
a - on a dual monitor arrangement the mouse cursor seems confined to the
monitor with WMC active (I could select stuff to play on one monitor and do
productive stuff on the other)
and
b - some settings/options eg to play visual stuff as sounds were playing,
seemed to struggle between desktop background and the visual effect creating
a stuttering onscreen that was unpleasant
c - otherwise brilliant!
using RC1 (build 5600) on AMD 4800+ dual with two monitors and a bit of
other stuff
Q: are these reasonable things to observe at this stage of the roll out?
