Windows Media 495c crashed

I bought hard drive to put in. I realized I did not get Windows media xp
disc with computer. And also I have misplaced recovery disk. I can get
recovery disk from Hp how do I get Windows media xp software. I have sticker
on side of my computer for Windows?

The XP "Media Center Edition" will either be on your HP Recovery set, or you
will have to buy a disk and product key for it.
