I cannot send e-mails through Windows Mail...
It asks me to set-up a connection, while I am already connected to the
internet via a Netgear Wireless Router...
Every time I try to send an e-mail, it asks me to set-up a connection... I
don't know what to do...

Go to tools>accounts>select your account>properties button>connection
tab>remove the check mark from 'always connect using'>Apply>OK.

WM will now use any available connection.
