I am able to recieve emails, but I cannot send a new email. IF someone sends
me one, they recieve my reply, but if I start a new email, I get no error
message, but the recipient never recieves it! HELP!

When you send a new email, does a copy appear in the Sent Items folder?
If so, that message was sent successfully, as far as *your* mail server is
concerned. The mail server at the recipient's end can still reject it or dump it.

How many recipients do you have this problem with? All of them?
What happens when you send an email to yourself?
