I have an error when receiving mail. It says some information is missing or
incorrect, Please correct the highlighited area. I don-t see anything
hignlighted.
 
I am trying to set up out of office response, but it is asking for a file
type mail (.eml), All I want is to set up a message stating I am out of the
office returning on a particular date. Can any one help?

It's best to do that on the email account server, not in WM on your
computer.
Most email account providers have a webmail portal into your account.
Most let you set up a response there.
