Mr. Arnold

I like it. I have not had to much trouble out of it. But all of a sudden
over the last few days, incoming emails are being placed in the inbox
randomly positioned. Emails are being put under someone's name that has
nothing to do with the sender's name or they are not placed by date anymore.
They just come in and land in the inbox anywhere they want with no rime or
reason as to the location in the inbox. I have to go hunt down the emails in
the inbox. It's ridiculous.

What happens when you click on the various column headers,
like 'Subject' and 'From'?

They sort in ascending or descending order even the Date Received will sort
in descending or ascending order. I like may emails to come in by date time
order descending and it's not happening.

Like today, I got two emails in that came that I got. One email sender's
name started with H and the other one started with J. They both ended up
under a sender's name that started with M. I must be missing something else
too, I don't ever recall emails being grouped together by sender's name and
it's doing that too. If it's suppose to do any of it, I didn't set it to do
it. I just want the emails to come in ordered by date and time descending.
Sometimes it's the initial email coming in but most of the time, it's the
reply emails that I have to go find, as they don't comeback even under the
sender's name. They can wind-up anywhere in the inbox.

Hi Mr. Arnold,

In the Inbox when you have some messages, click on the "From" column
header name to change the sorting order. You can click on it again to
cycle through the different sort orders to see which one you like.

Yes, I know this, and I thank you for your response. But this thing is doing
what it wants on the incoming.

Please go to View in the Top Tool Bar , click on Current View then see if
"Group messages by Conversation" is checked, if so remove the check and see
if that helps.

Yes, that was it. I do recall doing that for a post in a NG. But I don't
recall ever doing it for a message in the inbox, but I could have done that
because it was checked on. Now everything is cool and back to way it should
be.

Thanks

This Group messages by Conversation on WM's Inbox is checked on again. I am
sure. I had nothing to do with this. I guess I'll check it off again. :)
