I can't send or receive any e.mails via Inbox-Windaws mail, I made sure the
set up is correct, my windows mail is through verizon.net, pls.help me!

contains vital problem solving information.*

Also, you might be being screwed by antivirus software.
Which are you using?

* This forum has lost count of the number of people
who claimed to have set things up right when in fact
they hadn't.
 
Any error message when you try to send or receive?
If so, right-click on it, copy, then paste into a reply here.
