I've recently been having problems receiving my mail -- I continue to receive
the same error for both accounts with the error code 0x800CCC0E. I tried to
turn off the Norton incoming virus scan-- which helped at one pint-- but no
longer seems to be of any assistance-- plus, Norton continues to default back
to incoming email scanning "ON". I previously had no issues for several
months, so this is rather recent. I've tried clearing the emails on the
website under the assumption there were some issues with some incoming
emails-- but that didn't help.

Anything else besides the methods already suggested in previous posts?

Thanks.

But what about the rest of the message which contains
invaluable diagnostics?

And which antivirus are you using?

(Crystal Balls all in for servicing.)

First, Uninstall Norton and don't replace it with McAfee.
Second, remove and re-enter your account information.
Third, install Avast anti-virus. Do a custom install and don't install
email scanning.
