I cannot remove an email.

How do delete the above

I have plenty of both

Which box are the emails in?
 
I have 20 in my deleted folder and 2 in my inbox folder. Four more were
added to the deleted folder this morning.
 
I had to reinstall my OS. When I logged in, I noticed all of my subfolders
I'd created and its mail was gone. Is there a way to retrieve it & if so,
where is it?
(e-mail address removed)
 
You have posted this same issue in three separate threads.
All this does is waste time for the responders.
