Windows mail

Hi,

When I went into my email this evening which is linked to my yahoo account I
recieved this message which is preventing me from recieving/sending emails.
My email was working fine yesterday??
Can anyone please help...
The host 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk' could not be found. Please verify that you
have entered the server name correctly.
Account: 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk', Server: 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number:
0x800CCC0D

Norton or McAfee anti virus?

Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection. Beside that,
McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail.

I have the same problem for the last two days....mind you I havent
tried sending mail from my Yahoo Pop account for a while so I think
there is a problem or a change with Yahoo. I have a Yahoo Canada and
Yahoo Australia Account.
 
The host 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk' certainly does exist.
I made contact with it, but not having an account there, I could
not test mail downloading.
