Thanks Frank Sunders -that worked. Here's another question, I only installed
Vista, 2 days ago. Normally in Outlook Express, if one letter is printed into
the address bar, the full address will pop up if it is in the address book
but with Windows Mail ,this is not happening. When I send an e-mail and I
send quite a few, I have to type every address out in full can anyone help
please?

Has the ability to click on "to",(in a new message) auto opening the Address
Book disappeared ?

That still works, and is the method I use for new messages.
However, auto-completion of the desired recipient is hit or miss.
