When trying to send e-mails from Windows Mail I get the message that my
server is not recognized. What can I do about this? Who do I contact about
the problem? I would appreciate any help.

Robin

It means you entered an incorrect mail server name.

To get the correct information, ask your ISP, Comcast, or
look it up on their support page:
http://www.comcast.net/help/faq/index.jsp?faq=Hot117481

Since I have already done that, here's what it says:
Outgoing mail (SMTP): smtp.comcast.net
Incoming mail (POP3): mail.comcast.net
