when im trying to set up mt mail what pop3 do i use for incoming and out going

Your question does not make a whole lot of sense.
Perhaps you are asking for the names of the incoming and
outgoing mail servers. Looks like your ISP is Comcast, so
try mail.comcast.net (incoming) and smtp.comcast.net (outgoing).

I was having a problem sending mail through comcast. I had a messages stuck
in my outbox that was blocking all outbox messages for days. My desktop was
mail.comcast.net for incoming and outgoing. Changed to smtp.comcast.net, and
now all is well. I guess there are still some bugs that need to be worked
out..... Now on to the digital signature....
