I am unable to use Windows Mail for E-Mail. I can send, but I cannot
receive. I get an error: "The host pop3 could not be found" I called my
internet provider, they know nothing about Windows Mail? H E L P ! !

Your host is playing it very dumb since Windows Mail uses the
same account settings as Outlook Express did.
