New to Vista. When it transfered my emails from Internet Explorer everthing
is in duplicate. It also did not put last name first. How do I change for
last name first and then first name. Also, any easy way to get rid of
duplicates?

You can right click on the column header in the contacts list and choose
more and then have it display the different fields and then you can right
click in that window and choose how to sort them.

You have to do them individually? I have tons and was hoping you could do a
setting that did them all....

Open up the contacts from the WinMail Toolbar or from Programs | Windows
Contacts. Then right click on the column header that has the fields listed
and you can choose More and then select what fields. Then you can right
click in the Contacts window itself and choose the sorting parameters.

I had the same problem. The fastest I could do was to hold down the CTRL key
and click on the duplicates, then hit delete. It's a little faster, I can
delete 15 at a time, given the size of my box.
