Hi Guys,

How can I get the address book to permanently display below the Local
Folders group, as you an in Outlook Express?

What program are you using?

Using the Windows Mail program. I have read another post somewhere that this
can not be done.

That is correct. That functionality has been removed in Vista. So you have
to set up a separate contact Window, or put it on the sidebar.
