My outgoing messages just sit in the outbox. No error messages and server is
in correctly. This happened suddenly. I sent a message and 3 minutes later
it quit sending. Any help?

If you can't delete those messages, and they are stuck in the outbox,
you should try Steve's new edition of WMUtil:
http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/
When you download the file, be sure to choose Save rather than Run.
After it finishes downloading choose Run, then Extract. Then it will
show the extracted folder with two files in it. Run WMUtil.exe, and
click Clear Outbox. It may take a while.

First, uninstall anything from McAfee or Norton. Turn off ay scanning of
email or EML files in any other anti-virus.
Remove your mail account and turn off WinMail.
Restart WinMail and re-enter your mail account.
Go to http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/ and follow the instructions for cleaning
up the Outbox.
