windows mail won't reccognize my server

The host '(e-mail address removed)' could not be found. Please verify that you have
entered the server name correctly.

110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11003, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

telus confirms that all info entered is correct

Then someone should be sacked, change the @ to a full stop (.) in the server
name
Tools>accounts>mail account>properties>server tab.
Set the POP3 server name to pop.telus.net>apply/ok
 
The error message is rather self-evident. There is no mail server
host named (e-mail address removed). Change the incoming (POP3) server name
to pop.telus.net.
