Perhaps WM wasn't properly closed the last time you used it.
Open Task Manager, look for a process named WinMail.exe, and end it.
Then try to start WM again.

Which antivirus are you running? Some of them cause problems with
Windows Mail over time.

it does it when i click on web page email it says it dont work think im going
to get a MAC it will solve all my problems with windows

i run trend micros never had a problem till microe soft updated windows and
messed up aqll my stuff

You have more problems than what your antivirus is causing.
Your spell check is broken also.
Trend Micro antivirus is among the top three troublemakers for Windows Mail.
First, go into its settings and disable any interaction with email, then try
Windows Mail again. If no improvement, do a trial uninstall of the antivirus.

Another option (instead of uninstalling Trend Micro) is to upgrade to
Windows Live Mail, which is more resistant to the adverse effects of
overly intrusive antivirus products: http://download.live.com/wlmail

In any case you must disable any antivirus email scanning, for the reason
explained here:

It might not understand what you are saying to it.

When you say "aqll my stuff" do you mean "all my stuff"? It took me a while
to figure that out. Note that if you use the spell checker, it surprisingly
would understand that you mean all instead of aqll and say so.

Users who won't turn on their spell check are like drivers who won't
use turn signals. Very inconsiderate to others.
