Windows Mail Won't Open

Vista here no longer able to open Windows Mail due to an error. This
happened after I used the Files and Settings transfer wizard to transfer
from XP 32 bit to Vista 64 bit. Is this fixable?

What is the complete and exact error message?

"Windows Mail has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop
working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a
solution is available." No solution was ever indicated. So system restore
must be the only solution to the problem.

It's not something I recognize, but I don't have the x64 version, so maybe
something is different there.
Do you have any other (non-Windows) Internet programs running?
