Windows Mail Window

When I select an email and get a second window the top of that window is off
the screen and I can't maximize, minimize or close without right clicking the
task bar. Is there something I need to do to set up? Thanks.
 
Right click the window's icon in the tskbar and select Move. Then use the
arrow keys to move it.
 
Thanks for the suggestion but it won't move.
