Up until today, I could right click on the "junk email" folder, tell it to
delete junk email and all of them would be deleted. Now it will only delete
one junk email at a time. what have I done wrong and how can I change it to
delete all of them?

I'm having the same issues as of about two days ago. I don't think I changed
any settings, so.............

I'll be interested to see if anyone has a fix.

i have the same damn problem , i stayed silent for a month waitting for
someone else to report/ fix this problem , i can only delete 1 junk mail at a
time... i got about 3000 to delete...

Hi, It's Mark again. Well the day after I wrote my post, the function seem
to work normally again. So sorry, Eric. I can't help you out. It must be
'the Ghost in the Machine'.

Since the intial post is now some days old, it makes me wonder if the highly
paid help at Microsoft ever reads these things and weights in with a solution.

Brian and Micki,

You can simply select the top junk email in the "Junk E-mail" folder, scroll
down until you see the last junk email and then hold shift + left click on
the bottom junk email to select the emails in between that range - in this
example, all of them: the very top one through the bottom one.

Hope this helps.
