Windows Mail very slow

Hi,

My Windows Mail is very slow. I found a work around in the new group by
opening the Windows Calendar. It works. However, is there any permanent fix
for this?

I'd be keen to hear more about this work around, I don't use Windows Mail a
lot but when I do it is infuriatingly slow - I recently upgraded my PC and
in the process switched to Vista, Windows Mail is slower than running
Outlook Express on an old Pentium II with dial-up!

You should not leave the impression that this is generally true.
Windows Mail is quite speedy for me. Only a small percentage of complaints
we see here are about slowness. Those who experience it are probably
suffering from a third party program incompatibility.
