The type of Internet connection you have has nothing to do with
setting up an email account in Windows Mail. The information
that you need to set up a mail account is provided by whoever
provides your email service. Which provider is it? Or to ask that
question another way, what is the part of your email address
after the @ symbol? Your mail provider will typically have a web
page that shows how to set up an email program. If you need more
