Can anyone help me with the following problem. While in Windows Mail my sent
and deleted message files appear to be empty. When you view the properties
it indicates that there are indeed a number of files available. The only way
I can view my sent or deleted e-mails is to navigate to the storage file.

I am experiancing the same problem within my Windows Media Player. I have
discussed this with my ISP and they advise many other Vista users are having
the same problems.

No. I wish it was that simple. Show all messages is definitly on. I spent 2
sessions with Dell tech support with no solution found. I did concluded
however, that the problem is isolated to a single user account on the same
machine. Just happens it is the administrator account. I am waiting for
another technical session later this week. Thanks for your reply Brink.

Nope. Checked this too. I can navigate to the stored file and review the
sent messages using windows exployer. The pivot file that communicates the
content of these messages must be corrupt or something. My problem is, I
don't know how to fix it. I have checked other user accounts on the same
machine and there Windows Mail is performing correctly. Again, thanks for
your post Shawn.

The reset instructions worked. My account is up and running like normal. It
is a shame that I spent nearly 2.5 hours on the phone with Dell Reps that
stumbled around like misguided children. Thanks for your help Shawn.
