Hello Can anyone help me please?

Two issues with Windows mail:

1. When I first turn the machine on email works fine but hen all of a sudden
when opeing an email the window that pops up is blank and you can't see the
content or do anything else. The only solution sees to be to shut down &
restart the PC!

2. I have two messages in my recylce bin in windows mail that refuse to be
deleted, any ideas?

I am running vista home premium.

For item 2 install this fix:
Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090
It also works on other folders.

For item 1, Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also
exclude EML files from the scan. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
Outlook Express and should be uninstalled.
