I've had a problem with sending email on one of my accounts. I've had an
email stuck in the outbox for ages which I've finally managed to clear. One
of my windows mail email addresses sends and receives ok but the other just
receives email and cannot send. I don't get and error message now - it just
never arrives. Vista problem I believe.

Please help!!

You didn't state how you fixed the stuck message, but you could try the fix
provided here:

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090

Download and install the update appropriate for your operating system:

Windows Vista, 32-bit versions:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=09F002D9-A140-42A8-99F5-A86F2B7E39F1

Or,

Windows Vista, 64-bit versions:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=09DABF39-1E37-46DD-91BC-BE5ABE3F39B7

The outbox message is fixed but the one email address fails to work. No error
message. Just sends but no email received by anyone and also if you send an
email from another address to it same problem. No error message but
ultimately no email received. Baffling.

PS thanks for the response

Remove the problem account. Then close and reopen WinMail and add it back.
